"...the honour of announcing..."

At 5:00pm CST today, the International Olympic Committee will announce the host city for the XXII Olympic Winter Games in 2014. It will either be Salzburg, Austria; Peyongchang, South Korea; or Sochi, Russia.

In fact, it was four years and two days ago, that this announcement from the IOC occurred...



5:25pm - The announcement was just made. Sochi, Russia will host the XXII Winter Olympics. Peyongchang was second, Salzburg third. Kinda the same as last time.

You know, South Korea has an outstanding Curling team. Who knew?

Really? I knew that, but how come they were absent at every Games since the sport was re-introduced in 1998?
